Partner - Glazer and Crawford, Inc. Mr. Crawford has been actively engaged in real estate development, investment and management since 1974. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1969 from Bowling Green University and his law degree from the University Of Toledo College Of Law.
	ROBERT FAZIO Managing Partner - Commercial Properties Associates Managing Member - First Growth Properties, Ltd. Managing Member - First Commercial, LLC President - CPA Management, Inc. Managing Member - CRF Properties, LLC Managing Partner - RF Management, Inc. In 1979 and 1980, Mr. Fazio served as VP of Real Estate & Construction and VP of Corporate Development for Fisher Foods Inc. (NYSE Co.) until 1982. He has since been actively engaged in real estate development, investment and management. Mr. Fazio majored in Business Administration at Oglethorpe University.
	JEFFREY S. GLAZER Managing Partner - Commercial Properties Associates Managing Member - First Growth Properties, Ltd. Managing Member - First Commercial, LLC Managing Partner - B & G Properties L.P. Principal - CPA Management, Inc. Partner - Glazer and Crawford, Inc. Mr. Glazer has been actively engaged in real estate investment, development and management activities since 1974. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, in 1967. He was awarded a law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1971.
	JENNIFER WINTER-STEVENS Real Estate Manager - Commercial Properties Associates First Growth Properties, Ltd. First Commercial, LLC CRF Properties, LLC RF Management, Inc. Vice President - CPA Management, Inc. Ms. Winter-Stevens has been with the organization since 1989 and holds an executive position as Real Estate Manager. She is involved in project management, finance and specialized services for our valued clients nationwide. Ms. Winter-Stevens received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Notre Dame College of Ohio. She also maintains a Real Estate License in Ohio.
